THE MAYA’Z JEWELRY WEB CATALOG IS FOR WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTION ONLY. If you are a retail customer, please contact us at (818) 243-6100 for a list of stores in your area.

Online Inquiry/Order
Please Note: Your order is not confirmed until being contacted by a Maya’Z Jewelry representative and issued a purchase order confirmation number (PO #). Once you receive a PO #, the production time for your order is 3 to 5 weeks. Rushed orders may be accommodated for additional shipping costs − please let your representative know if you have special time requests. Buyer credit card information must accompany all orders (account number, expiration date, security digits and billing address). A deposit may be requested.

Opening Order Minimum
We require a $400.00 minimum order (not including shipping) for new customers. This minimum is implemented to ensure a proper presentation of our collection. There is no re-order minimum for existing customers.

Method of Payment
We accept

  • All major credit cards
  • Money orders
  • Company checks (must be approved by Maya’Z credit department prior to shipping)
  • C.O.D. (must be approved by credit department; additional charges incurred will be at the cost of the customer)

Shipping
Please allow 7 to 10 business days from the start-to-complete ship date specified on your PO form to receive your shipment. Maya’Z Jewelry releases liability for products once they have been shipped from our distribution office in Los Angeles*.

Maya’Z Jewelry’s preferred method of shipping is FedEx Ground. By request, shipment can be sent through a customer’s account with an alternate shipping company. If an alternate shipping method is requested, please provide your Maya’Z representative with your shipping specifications (i.e. Preferred, Ground, Express).

*Shipments are not insured. Insurance may be purchased for an additional fee. If you wish to purchase insurance, please request this under “Special Requests or Questions” on your Inquiry form and/or inform your Maya’Z representative. We strongly encourage insurance on all packages. Insurance charges must be paid in full with original invoice.

Shipping and Insurance charges are non-refundable.

Returns/Repairs
Maya’Z Jewelry guarantees retailers product quality and authenticity. Each jewelry piece undergoes a three-point evaluation to ensure this quality. Slight variations in our jewelry due to the uniqueness of natural elements and hand-craftsmanship will provide evidence to your customers that each piece is a beautiful work of art.

Returns or exchanges due to a manufacturer’s defect will be accommodated. We will evaluate a returned piece and determine whether the item can be restored or repaired. As all of our pieces are hand-crafted in Israel, limited repairs can be made at our Los Angeles location. Any discrepancies or damaged merchandise in a shipment must be reported no later than 48 hours after delivery confirmation. Cancellations
Cancellations and/or adjustments must be made within 7 days of purchase order date or a 15% restocking fee will be charged to the credit card provided with your order.
